Services
Most of what we do is standard work: an inbox watcher, quotes that go out the same day, documents that file themselves. Those are quick, and they're priced accordingly.
This page is the other half. Work that gets designed rather than configured, for businesses whose problem doesn't match anything on a list.
Two kinds of work
Buying the wrong one is expensive in both directions. Custom work for a standard problem wastes money. A standard system for a genuinely unusual problem quietly fails six months in.
Built from parts we've built before. Scoped tightly, quoted before we start, running inside thirty days.
Work that starts with understanding your process rather than picking from a menu. Longer, more expensive, and the right answer when it's the right answer.
We'll tell you which one you need, including when the answer is neither. That conversation is free and takes fifteen minutes.
Ready to go
Scoped tightly, priced fixed, and standing up in days rather than months, because the hard thinking is already done.
Invoices, receipts, statements, certificates. They arrive as attachments and phone photos, get read, renamed properly and filed where they belong.
→ No more folder called "to sort."
Watches the mailbox for the notices that matter, puts them straight on the calendar, flags any conflict and tells you before it becomes a problem.
→ Zero manual monitoring. Nothing missed.
Sorts what arrives, surfaces what needs you, files the rest. An inbox of two thousand unread became manageable without anyone sorting it.
→ From overwhelmed to organized, in days.
Tracks every expiry that matters and raises each one while there is still time to do something about it.
→ The date arrives before the lapse does.
Job details in, finished quote out, in your own template and your own wording. No more writing the same estimate for the fiftieth time at night.
→ Same-day quotes close far more often.
Unpaid invoices, unanswered quotes, unreturned requests. Follows up on the schedule you set, in your own voice, until somebody replies.
→ Money you were already owed, collected.
The moment someone fills in a form, they hear back. You get told at the same time, and the follow-up starts on its own if they go quiet.
→ Seconds instead of hours.
Every inquiry gets enriched with what's publicly known about the job and the business behind it, then ranked by what it's likely worth to you.
→ The biggest job stops being Thursday's.
However it arrived, whatever hour it landed. Follow-ups go out whether you remembered or not, and one screen shows what has gone quiet.
→ Nothing waits in an inbox to be noticed.
A request becomes a properly filled-in job, lead or ticket, with every detail already in the right field. Nobody retypes anything.
→ The admin happens as the work arrives.
Answers every call day or night, handles the standard questions, screens with your criteria, books the appointment, and texts you the moment a real one comes in.
→ 3 to 10 hours a week back.
Handles what people ask before they'd ever call, captures the inquiry, books the appointment, and hands anything real straight to you.
→ Answered at midnight, not Monday.
Not a brochure nobody has touched in three years. Tools that qualify, numbers that get answered, booking that works.
→ It starts working instead of existing.
Articles and social posts written for your trade and your area, published on a schedule you never think about.
→ Found without needing a referral first.
Something reads all of it so you don't have to. What came in, what's overdue, what's gone quiet, and the one thing that genuinely needs you today.
→ Five minutes, on whatever screen you use.
If yours needs something none of them do, that's what custom engineering is for.
How we build
This is where most bespoke work goes wrong. Something gets built that solves the problem, one person understands it, and eighteen months later nobody can safely change it. We build to a standard for exactly that reason.
We write down what the work has to achieve before anyone picks a tool. The tools will change. What the business needs the process to do won't, and that's the part worth getting right.
Every conclusion the system reaches can be traced to the fact and the rule that produced it. Not a black box that's usually right, which is impossible to defend the day it's wrong.
What it does, why it does it, and what happens when something breaks, in plain English. If you ever want to bring it in-house or hand it to someone else, you can, and we'll help.
None of this is visible in the finished thing, which is why almost nobody at this end of the market bothers. It's the difference between a system you own and one you're renting from whoever built it.
What it costs
Custom work is quoted after we understand the problem, and never on an hourly basis. You'll have a number and a scope in writing before anyone builds anything, and the number doesn't move unless you change what you asked for.
If it turns out a standard system solves your problem, we'll say so, and you'll pay the standard price rather than a custom one.
