The free assessment
You talk, it listens. It asks how your business actually runs — what work comes in, where it waits, and who it waits on — and it follows what you say, so you're answering about your business rather than a generic one. There's nothing to type and no form to fill in.
Then a person reads every response and tells you honestly whether there's enough here to be worth paying for.
The button opens a voice conversation in your browser, so you'll want a microphone and speakers — or skip that and call (737) 325-1452 instead. Same questions either way. Free, and nothing to book.
How it works
A conversation rather than a form, so it can follow up on what you actually said instead of marching through fixed fields. About fifteen minutes. Nothing to schedule, and no calendar tennis to get there.
On a computer you'll need a microphone and speakers — most laptops have both. Or call (737) 325-1452 from any phone and skip the setup entirely. Same questions either way, and the drive home is as good a time as any.
The AI asks the questions; it doesn't decide anything. What you said is read by the Makasa team, in full — not condensed into a summary and not triaged by somebody whose job is to decide who's worth passing on.
Whether there's enough here to be worth paying for, and if there is, which way in makes sense for you. If there isn't, we say so and tell you where else to look.
Why an AI does the asking
A discovery call costs you a slot in your week and gets scheduled around two diaries. Most people never get to one, which is why almost nobody finds out whether this would help them.
An interview asks better questions than a form, because it can follow what you say. It asks them at eleven at night if that's when your week has a gap in it. And before you've paid us anything, you'll have seen roughly what the systems we build feel like to use.
The machine asks. A person decides. That order is the whole business.
What it leads to
The interview's job is to work out which. You aren't committing to any of them by doing it.
An hour, live, with a person. Your operation written down, three to seven things worth fixing with hours and dollars attached, and the order to do them in. $1,000, refunded if it isn't worth it.
No discovery phase and no report you didn't ask for. You name the thing that's eating your week, we quote it at a fixed price, and we build it.
It happens, and it's the reason this is free. You'll get what we saw and where we'd look instead. No follow-up sequence, no quarterly check-in.
Before you start
Doing the interview does not sign you up for anything.
You'll hear from a person once. If you don't reply, that's the end of it.
There isn't one. You'll be talking to the person who would do the work.
What's in your answers stays between us. Privacy policy if you want the detail.
